Woodcrest is a 56 acre upscale residential neighborhood located east of Taft Avenue, west of Highland Park and South of Park Manor in North Endwell in the town of Union, Broome County New York. Woodcrest Subdivision is comprised of gently rolling hills, a creek, pond, woods, and two wooded hill crests from which the development takes it's name. Five subdivisions of 100 lots have been developed on Laguna Drive, Cedar Court, Redwood Road, Sugar Pine Place, Southern Pines Drive, and Park Manor Boulevard.

Paragraph 2. - Protective Covenants - These recorded covenants are attached to the contract and deed and should be read by those considering purchase of a home in Woodcrest. You will notice that no homes in Woodcrest are the same. Through the use of protective covenants Endwell Homes reviews plans of each proposed house for continuity of specific details, materials and colors. This is done in order to achieve a harmony among house styles which tends to visually distinguish the neighborhood and helps to blend homes with the natural setting.
Paragraph 6 - Architectural Review - In order to have the homes relate to one another in a visually pleasing way, Endwell Homes works with all its clients both before and after plan approval.
